The Story

ROYAL CANIN® SKINTOPIC  DOG is a complete diet for adult breed dogs 10kg+. The diet is formulated with a unique DERMAUXILIUM™ complex of active compounds (including EPA/DHA and linoleic acid), clinically proven to help support optimal skin quality and coat health in dogs with skin disease such as atopic dermatitis (skin lesions and inflammation of the ear canal). Skintopic Dog is specifically tailored to the digestive, dental and urinary needs of medium-large dogs.
  • ITCHING RELIEF Scientifically proven to help relieve itchy skin, improving quality of life in dogs sensitive to environmental allergens.
  • SKIN BARRIER AND IMMUNITY Formulated with unique complexes to support the skin’s natural protective barrier and immunity.
  • S/O INDEX This diet is formulated to promote a healthy urinary environment.
As soon as the first signs of skin disease appear, the diet should be prescribed for a 2-month period to obtain visible results. For chronic disease, the dermatological diet could be maintained for the dog's entire lifetime. It is recommended to divide the daily intake into 2 meals. Please respect the feeding instructions amounts.
RECOMMENDED FOR ADULT BREED DOGS (10KG+) IN CASES OF: • Canine atopic dermatitis (skin lesions and otitis externa) • Skin and hair support in case of other dermatitis* such as: - Flea Bite Allergic dermatitis - Pyodermatitis
NOT RECOMMENDED IN CASES OF: • Growth, gestation and lactation • Cardiac disease/ Failure • Hypertension • Adrenal disorders
Ingredients: dehydrated poultry protein, maize, rice, wheat, hydrolysed animal proteins, minerals, soya oil, animal fat, chicory pulp, fish oil, fructo-oligosaccharides, borage oil, psyllium husks and seeds, turmeric extract, marigold meal, liquorice extract.
Additives (per kg): Nutritional additives: Vitamin A: 29000 IU, Vitamin D3: 800 IU, Iron: 41 mg, Iodine: 4.1 mg, Copper: 12 mg, Manganese: 53 mg, Zinc: 131 mg, Selenium: 0.06 mg - Technological additives: Clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin: 5 g - Preservatives - Antioxidants. 
Analytical constituents: Protein: 25.0% - Fat content: 14.0% - Crude ash: 7.9% - Crude fibre: 1.4% - Omega-3 fatty acids: 1.07% - Omega-6 fatty acids: 4.20% - Zinc: 170 mg/kg - EPA/DHA: 0.54% - Linoleic acid: 3.89%.
